France, Japan to participate in halal trade fair‎

Business Times:THE Malaysia International Halal Showcase (Mihas), an international trade fair Malaysia annually hosts for halal industry players, has captured the interest of businesses from developed nations such as Japan and France, which will be making their debut this year.

International Trade and Industry Minister Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said Mihas 2010 also marks the first halal trade fair held outside France for six French companies that hail from food nutrition and health maintenance sectors.
